What can municipalities do to motivate homeowners when it comes to deep renovations? This question will be the main focus of this workshop. This last 2022 Retro Talk is also the final event of the EUROPA Mentoring Programme, which started last March and saw the participation of 25 European institutions. Through the Conference, we reflect on the benefits of the mentoring process for upscaling Integrated Home Renovation Services, showcase best practices, and present the web platform developed by EUROPA as a useful onboarding and project management tool for One-Stop-Shops.
