What are the EUROPA 2022 Retro Talks?

It is a three-part series of online and offline events involving dEEp renovation stakeholders from across Europe to discuss how the sector can make retrofits accessible for all. A key focus will be on the EUROPA One-Stop-Shops, the Energy Efficiency Subscription, and success stories from the first half of the project.

The 2022 Retro Talks start with an online webinar on the "Quality and Impact of Deep Energy Retrofits (DERs)".

This session is hosted in partnership with the H2020 project outPHit, which focuses on faster, cheaper and more reliable DERs.

We will be joined by experts from the energy efficiency and energy retrofits fields answering burnings questions like:

1

Which are the quality standards that exist for DERs? What makes a good quality standard?

2

Which technical aspects do need to be considered when working with quality standards?

3

How can quality standards support financing applications?

4

What is the role of One-Stop-Shops when developing, integrating, and monitoring quality standards?

The "Climate Alliance International Conference (CAIC)" in Hesperange, Luxembourg, is the next 2022 Retro Talk.

Together with the successful campaign Energiekarawane, we will explore how we can successfully engage homeowners to initiate and plan DERs.

For this event, a separate registration via the Climate Alliance website is needed.

The last "Mentoring Programme Meeting" within the framework of the EUROPA Replication Process is the third and closing event of the 2022 Retro Talks.

During the online event, we will hear from the EUROPA mentees and mentors who worked and learned together over four months to increase their replication readiness.

A special guest will lead the debate on how structured peer learning can increase your organisation’s ability to successfully advance your aims and build resilience in this ever-changing field.
