MoU between Piemonte Region, Environment Park and ATC Piemonte Centrale
Piemonte Region and Environment Park signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with ATC Piemonte Centrale,
which is the largest social housing company in Piemonte, for delivering technical support throughout the implementation of the Europa project. This MoU represents an important achievement, since ATC Piemonte manages more than 13.000 dwellings all over the metropolitan city of Torino.
The technical support will focus on:
- the selection of the best buildings to be renovated given the financial and economic existing framework;
- the elaboration of energy, economic and financial baselines for the deep renovation of buildings;
- the elaboration of energy, economic and financial baselines for the deep renovation of buildings;
- the definition of technical requirements for the requests of bids from market operators; and
- assistance during and after the tendering procedures.
Additional contacts have been established with other social housing companies and an interesting discussion around how to integrate the guarantee of energy performance in the current Italian framework has been organized by the Europa Consortium on the 1st of June with two of the three social housing companies established in Piemonte together with some legal experts.
