With the new year 2022, EUROPA will start into a new exciting phase of the project: the EUROPA Replication Process with its mentoring programme.

The mentoring programme is a fantastic six-month peer-learning journey that invites mentees to explore the EUROPA One-Stop-Shop (OSS) and Energy Efficiency Subscription (EES) together with one of our Pilot Regions check out the different mentors here. Through self-directed and mutual learning activities, the mentees have the opportunity to reflect on the challenges and solutions found by our partners when they started to adapt the OSS and EES approaches to their regional realities. As our mentors are highly experienced in different aspects of deep renovation, mentees can also benefit from training and knowledge sharing beyond the scope of OSS and EES.

EUROPA will offer a comprehensive learning package and opportunities for learning, addressing all mentees with videos and Q&A sessions on relevant deep renovation topics as well as networking opportunities. The highlight of the mentoring programme journey is a 1,5 days visit to the mentor’s region to work further together to achieve the learning objectives through in-depth mentoring sessions, directly from work done in the field.
